A. The apartment provides you with more space and privacy than hotel rooms. Our kitchen provide you with an alternative to high priced room service meals and an at Home atmosphere for cooking or entertaining.
Q.What is included in the apartment
rent?
A.All prices include utilities (electricity, water), local telephone calls, taxes, Cable TV, Internet connection, housekeeping.
Q.How is the apartment
equipped?
A.The kitchen is fully equipped. Bedroom and bathroom are supplied with linens and towels. The apartment comes with a television with international channels, CD/Stereo, a telephone ( in-going calls and local calls), an iron and ironing board, a vacuum cleaner, and a washing / drying machine.
Q.Are there laundry
facilities?
A. Yes. The apartment is equipped with a washing / drying maching.
Q.Is there any cleaning extra cost ?
A.No. Cleaning is included in the price of the stay.
Q.How do I get the keys to the
apartment?
A. We will be waiting for you in the apartment. Instructions on how to get to the apartment will be sent to you prior to your arrival.
Q.What is the check-in and out
time?
A.Check-in time is between 2pm and 8pm. Check out time is between 8am and 12am. We can however make individual arrangements according to whether the prior tenant leaves the same day or not. If your check-in is before 8am or after 8pm we will apply an early/late check-in fee.
Q.How may I pay for my
reservation?
A.By credit card or Paypal. Security deposit can be paid in cash or traveller's checks upon arrival.
