2. Secure a reservation
Complete and return the booking form by email. A tentative booking will be held for 2 days after initial request. Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit of 200€ by credit card or paypal.
3. Acknowledgment
Once we have received your initial payment,
we will send you a confirmation email with all the necessary
information (apartment street address, building entry codes, how to easily reach the apartment from the station or airport). We will also ask you to
provide us information on your flight and arrival time (if already known) in order to arrange an appointment to welcome you at the apartment.
4. Final Payment
Balance rent is payable upon arrival at check-in (cash or traveller's checks, Euros
only) or with credit card or paypal 15
days before arrival.
5. Security deposit
The 200€
security deposit is fully refundable.
The security deposit is payable at check-in in cash or traveller's checks (Euros only) and refunded at check out. Of course, we will give
you a security deposit receipt.
6. Cancellation
In case of cancellation after acceptance of the
booking, the following conditions will be applied:
Cancellation more than 30 days before the
beginning of the stay, full refund less 50€ admin
charges.
Cancellation 30 days before arrival, no refund
will be possible. You have the possibility to suggest us with a customer to
replace you. Please note that if the apartment is
re-rented, then we will refund you for each day which has been filled.
7. Prices are fully
Inclusives
All prices are fully inclusive of electricity,
internet, local telephone calls, sheets and towels and final cleaning. There
are no hidden extras to pay.
9. Upon Arrival
We will be waiting for you at the apartment. You
will be able to check-in upon arrival. Check-in is possible between 2pm and 8pm. We can however make earlier individual arrangements according to whether the prior tenant leaves the same day or not. We will do our best to reduce waiting times. If your check-in is after 8pm at night we will apply an late check-in fee of 50€.
For your information, it usually takes 1:30 to 2:00 hours
between landing, customs clearance, luggage pickup, public transportation or
taxi to Paris.
